I want to thank you and your team for a totally positive house buying experience in the anxious year of 2010.
Even though I called off my search for several months, when I contacted you again you didn’t miss a beat. I know I gave you a tight budget along with tight specs for what I wanted, including the “feel” of the house, view, traffic noise, sun exposure, and geography. Although I was focused on the Railroad District, showing me houses in other parts of town was time well spent. I appreciate so much your continual research, patience, and the seamless “on-call” availability of your team, each of whom was thoroughly informed about my search and its status. Given the pages and pages of legal documents I had to look over and sign, you all kept that from being overwhelming by your clear and simple explanations. While all of you were very conscientious, I never felt pressured to do anything at any time, which I find rare when making a big ticket purchase in these economic times. Your willingness to answer all my off-beat questions candidly as we went along was especially useful and critical to our working together. I never wondered if I were getting the full story about any house we checked-out, which kept my mind at ease.
You have all the pieces, like your recommendations for the house inspector and home insurance agents. Thanks again for a one-of-a-kind experience when I really needed top-notch competence and quality. It was actually fun!Thompson Barton and Family
